My family and I have only known Mick and his lovely family since our son Jack started cubs in Ashill, ( Jacks now 15) and what a lovely man he is! So caring, attentive and just so very comfortable to be around.

Our daughter then befriended Daisy and we had more chats and time spent with Mick and val, whether at the school or whilst the girls had a play date. Mick always had time for a chat, and a laugh, and this I will greatly miss!

I also used to see Mick weekly whilst at the Dereham swimming pool getting his lengths in, always chatty and serious about keeping active...and let's not forget he's also father christmas!! 🌲 although maisie replied once out of santas grotto "that was Mick" 🤣

Still cannot believe I will not see him in and around the village. He will be sorely missed by so many! RIP Mick ❤️
